An Executive Interview is a one-on-one, 20-minute session to enable a TWA Member to meet and converse with an Executive about topics including skills required for different roles/levels within Xerox, counsel to close any gaps or leverage opportunities, and insights into different functional areas of the organization to support their career journey.
