“The Story of You” is an experience. Through this exercise in radical vulnerability, participants will reflect on and share their personal and professional journey that has brought them to this moment in their lives here today. Kunik Expert and Workplace Inclusion and Belonging Strategist, Isis Miller will set the stage by sharing their own story and nontraditional path. They are passionate about creating intentional spaces where people can feel seen, valued, and heard and have dedicated their career to coaching leaders on building inclusive cultures with equitable practices and processes. Participants will walk away from the experience more connected, with expanded empathy and a deeper understanding of the ways to foster true inclusion in teams, our lives, and our communities at large. We hope to bring to life this quote from our patron saint Brene Brown: “Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”
