Felicity Rodness
Xerox
Sales Manager
Toronto
I have been at Xerox for over 25 years and have worked in a variety of sales roles. I feel like I have seen it all. From the crazy weeks of International Color weeks in Leasburg Virginia to the stressful days of Sarbanes Oxley. I watched Ann Mulcahy take us from almost distruction to success. Xerox funded me so i could try and make my dream of making the 2004 Olympics in sailing and though I did not succeed, I will forever be grateful to Xerox for helping me try and make that dream a reality
I started at Xerox as a Colour Specialist when no one knew what colour print even was. I then moved to a number of different roles supporting many different business groups including 7 years in Xerox Services managing our largest fortune 500 customers with enterprise managed print. I have now come back to where I started, helping the same customers I introduced colour to try to help them succeed post pandemic. This role is different, instead of being the direct sales rep or being the product specialist, I am now the sales manager. I have a team of 8 veterans and I love collaborating with them to determine the best strategy to win business. Though this is my favourite role at Xerox, there are times these days when I wonder why I am still here. I love this company but the struggles trying to navigate service supply and billing issues seem larger than they ever were. For this reason I am really looking forward to attending this year's Women's Conference so I can get excited about the company I have love for 27 years and hopefully many years to come.
